At 7 months old, the plagiocephaly was moderate, and it significantly improved at 1 year old after wearing the helmet. This helmet was made for my child, and it was explained that it may not be effective even if it is custom-made for a specific child. The shape of the head and the effect vary for each child, so the effect is not guaranteed. It was said that the earlier the age of wearing, the more effective it is. Because it covers a wide area, it was also very helpful in preventing falls. ■ About wearing Wear it for 23 hours a day. The shape is corrected by wearing it continuously except for bath time. The size guideline is to have enough room so that the helmet moves loosely when worn. In the first week, redness and pain are likely to occur due to rubbing with the helmet, so remove it frequently and check the skin. If redness or pain occurs, consult a dermatologist if necessary. From the second week, gradually increase the time to be able to wear it for 23 hours. Especially during sleep, it is the golden time for correction, so be sure to wear it. ■ About care If it gets dirty, wash it with lukewarm water or a mild detergent and dry it well. Hot air and hot water are not allowed. Please use it at your own risk.
