No scratches on the disc surface. The case has some minor scuffs, but the disc surface and lyric card are in excellent, pristine condition. A Braille sticker is affixed to the back of the case. It can be easily and cleanly removed, but if you don't need it, please let me know in a message when you purchase, and I will remove it before shipping.
