Sendai Tsuishu (carved lacquerware) - A set of 5 plates featuring a beautiful landscape design in contrasting red and black. These are valuable and expensive lacquerware pieces. They were wedding gifts, approximately 30 years old. While used a few times, there are numerous chips and areas where the lacquer has peeled.
