I believe I bought this less than two years ago, but I recently noticed a burning smell, so I replaced it with a new one. The switch works and it's usable, but it's dangerous, so please send it in for repair and use it at your own risk. I would be happy to give it to someone who needs parts. Please understand that this is a junk item.
