Also, I cannot answer questions about the fit as it varies from person to person.) This is a Lord Clayton V-neck shaggy mohair knit from around the 1960s. It's made of 60% acrylic and 40% mohair, with long hair. The color is a dark gray, close to black. The tips of the hair throughout the garment have a light brown tint, possibly from soiling or sun damage. Because the hair is long and the base color is dark, it looks like a mixed-color knit, and it's hardly noticeable. (Photos 8 and 9 are taken to show the condition clearly. In reality, it looks almost gray, like in photo 1.) Other than that, there are no holes or fraying, and the hair is fluffy and in good condition. The size is as marked, with no shrinkage, and it's a big size for a knit from this era. The wide, square-shaped ribbing at the hem is also a good point, making it easy to wear. This is a good piece with all the right conditions. Recommended for those looking for one.
