All the buttons are ribbons and are sparkly and cute. I bought size L because I wanted to wear something oversized, but I could also wear size S. I don't think the neckline is very dirty. In the second photo, it doesn't look dirty at first glance, but there might be some slight discoloration due to aging. The stain in the second to last photo is on the right sleeve (specifically, on the side near the armpit). The second button is coming loose, and I've fixed it. However, as shown in the last photo, I didn't have thread in the exact same color, so the thread color is different. Washed. I can't offer a discount, but if you purchase it with other items, I might be able to reduce the price slightly depending on the shipping cost. Thank you.
