I received this as a gift, but I haven't used it. The purchase date is unknown, but there are no noticeable scratches or stains. It has been washed once. I will also use recycled materials for packaging. I inspect items as carefully as possible, but as this is done by a non-professional, I may miss small stains. Thank you for your understanding.
