When using it, I only used the fabric part with the spikes, and I basically didn't use the sponge cushion inside. After taking the photos, I home-cleaned the fabric with spikes using a delicate laundry detergent and stored it, so there are wrinkles on the fabric, but I don't think it's a concern. (It's cotton, so ironing is possible.) I will disinfect it with alcohol again before shipping.
