I made a shoehorn from a used skateboard. (The original board is from the brand Polar Skate. It has a stylish graphic.) The colorful layers of the skateboard add a touch of vibrancy to your entryway. Length: 58 cm (measured without the string) Width: 4.5 cm at the widest point. The scratches from skating have been intentionally left as they are, but the entire surface has been smoothed with 600-grit sandpaper. Lacquer finish. Skateboards are made of Canadian maple, which is a very strong material. It is said that it takes 30 to 80 years for the trees to grow before they are harvested. I created this with the intention of giving this valuable material a second life, rather than discarding it. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection, as this is a handmade item.
