This is a new, unused item, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned or are a perfectionist, as it has been stored at home since purchase. Also, the eyeshadow applicator tips have deteriorated and were disposed of, as the item was purchased a while ago. Please check the photos for the condition, as there are other signs of aging.
