I didn't use them every day, but I took great care of the wok and ladle, following these guidelines: ● Seasoned ● Rinsed with water after use ● No detergents or dishwashers ● Used a "Kame no Ko Tawashi" (scrubbing brush) ● Wiped with oil (to build up an oil film) I've been using them less recently, so I'm putting them up for sale. Iron frying pans can add iron to your food, so you can increase your iron intake! They also cook food in a very authentic way, allowing you to make things like perfectly fluffy fried rice.
