I'm not entirely sure, but I believe this was a souvenir from ABC Mart in Hawaii a few years ago. It's new and unworn, but the tag has been removed. It's labeled 2T, which, according to the size chart, is equivalent to a Japanese size 90. The shoulder straps are the type you tie yourself. The chest area has elastic, so it seems like it could fit a slightly smaller child as well. The length is 34 centimeters.
