This is a handmade item. I purchased it on this site and wore it for one day at Disneyland. The red ribbon is attached with a button, but it tends to come off, so it might be better to sew it on with thread. I purchased size 100, but I think it's a bit large (especially around the neck and arms). The yellow pants are commercially available. They are size 90. Please consider that this item has been used once and has some pilling. Please refrain from negotiating the price.
