1950s vintage dress. Cotton material. The neckline is quite open. It fastens with a side zipper. It has a beautiful 50s silhouette. With a petticoat, the skirt flares out dramatically, with almost a circular volume. The third ribbon from the top is missing a jewel, but it shouldn't be noticeable if you attach a commercially available one. Otherwise, there appears to be no major damage.
