This is a 2-way marche basket bag, based on the Taza marche baskets woven in Morocco, with handles and a cotton cover added in Japan. The leather handles are designed to be used either over the shoulder or by hand, and also serve as a nice accent. The top of the bag has an original printed cotton cover to prevent the contents from being seen. The Taza part of the body is hand-woven one by one, so there may be slight differences in size.
