I stored this item without using it much. It stimulates the "Neiguan" acupressure points on both wrists to alleviate nausea and queasiness from morning sickness. It's easy to use, just wrap the bands around both wrists. Made of silicone, so it's safe to get wet. Please consider this item, understanding that it has been stored at home.
