These are pre-cut spoons (for spoon rings) that I used to make as a hobby. They feature designs of past U.S. presidents. They are already cut, so you just need to refine the cut edges, sand them, and remove any burrs. Then, all you have to do is bend them to make rings. The aging gives them a nice, cool look.
