Site/Kyoto Kawaramachi Kyoto Kawaramachi Shopping Street, Kyoto City "Art Net Work '83: Various Interactions" Exhibited Work *An art project that was held ahead of the rest of the country, with artworks installed simultaneously in various locations in the city center of Kyoto. Students from the Kyoto City University of Arts took the lead in organizing an executive committee and planned and operated "Art Net Work '83: Various Interactions," utilizing public spaces, galleries, and live houses in Kyoto City. With the operation being largely handled by inexperienced students, I myself was involved as one of the secretariat members, and I realized this work. I negotiated to have one of my own dyed works (a beckoning cat) with a height of 90cm installed in front of each store in the Kawaramachi Shopping Street, but... - Artist: Hiroshi Fuji - Size: Height 90cm x Width 55cm - Condition: Deterioration over time - Production Year: 1983 I have kept it at home for over 40 years.
