Even during several moves, I always kept it in its usual place. I think I never actually read these books, as I had read everything in the single-volume or paperback editions. I assumed they were in beautiful condition, and when I took them down from the bookshelf to take photos, they had, after years of storage (30 years!!), deteriorated. Some discoloration and stains from the obi (paper bands) were visible. All obi are present, but they have tears, wrinkles, and discoloration. I have taken photos as best I could. Please check the condition in the images, and if you are looking for a pristine copy, please refrain from purchasing. This item has been stored in a private home for over 30 years since its publication, and shows signs of aging and use. Returns are not accepted after purchase.
