I used this at a live concert, so there may be some scratches and the logo may be worn. To prevent battery leakage, I always removed the batteries when not in use, but I stored them in the same bag. If you are concerned about this, please refrain from purchasing. The batteries will be shipped without. I can include them if you wish, but I cannot guarantee they will work, so please be aware of this.
