Purchased in 2022 from Uniqlo. Adjustable with hooks, it works without issue with various types of strollers and baby carriers. I used it when a down-filled cold-weather cape wasn't quite necessary. I didn't use it much on weekdays, and on weekends we mostly traveled by car, so I only used it occasionally.
