In Japan, they're commonly known as "fisherman's net bags" or "nylon basket bags." They're made of mesh material, so they're breathable, sturdy, and water-resistant! In Taiwanese, they're called "茄芷袋 (ka-tshia-te)." They've been used as shopping bags in Taiwanese markets for many years.
