This is a round cushion with fluffy fur on the surface and mesh on the back. I received this new and used it during my hospital stay. I only used it for 4 days, so there are no stains or damage. It's thick enough to provide good support and was very convenient. I'm listing it in the hopes that it will be useful to someone else. *Disinfected with Pastryze (a brand of disinfectant).
