The item with a defect has glue on the back of the sange (scattered flower) from Nakayamadera Temple (Temple No. 24). It is a sange that failed to be affixed properly. The others are in beautiful condition. This set includes 33 sange and 33 Goyo-ka Gofu (vocalized sutra amulets), all from the 33 temples of the Saigoku Kannon Pilgrimage, as well as one special sange from 2022. The distribution of the Goyo-ka Gofu ended on March 31, 2025 (Reiwa 7). The distribution of the sange ended a year earlier, on March 31, 2024 (Reiwa 6). The special sange are commemorative sange distributed in April of that year at each temple, limited to 1,000 pieces. They are now valuable items that cannot be obtained at any temple.
