This is a three-fold binder from Nippo. Finished width: 15mm. It has not been taken out of the plastic, so it is clean and without scratches. I was planning to use it with a Flat Lock machine, but I'm getting rid of the sewing machine itself, so I'm offering this to anyone who might be looking for one. It was about 13,000 yen when new.
