The stainless steel parts of the guides and the rod sections have rust and other dirt. Please make your judgment based on the photos. There is no rust on the guide rings, so there is no problem with use. I believe it is a matter of durability. I will ship the item with bubble wrap. Please understand that this is amateur packing, and only purchase if you are okay with it. I will not respond to questions about price reductions. I will consider price negotiations if the item doesn't sell, but it will likely only be a small amount.
