This is a listing for the case only. When the charger is connected, the light comes on as shown in image 1, so it doesn't seem to be broken. However, since there are no earphones, I haven't been able to confirm whether it actually charges, so please be aware of this. The exterior shows some scratches and marks, but there is no particularly severe damage. The protective seal on the display is partially peeling off and has some scratches, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
