This adorable Fukka-chan ceramic figurine. I remember it was a return gift for a hometown tax donation to Fukaya City. I always thought it was Fukka-chan. lol I heard that people in Fukaya City can't make hometown tax donations, so I'd like someone from Fukaya City or a Fukka-chan fan to have it.
