This is a denim jacket from Belle Maison (Senshukai). I bought it a long time ago, but the sleeves are long and the material is quite heavy, so I haven't worn it much and it's been stored in the closet. The size is approximately 53cm in length, 42cm in width, and 58cm in sleeve length when laid flat.
