This is a sweatshirt with lots of ruffles around the collar. The inside is a soft, brushed fabric, making it warm. I didn't notice it while wearing it, but the color of the sleeves and the stomach area are slightly different. It's probably due to sun fading, but please consider this before purchasing if it concerns you. Matching yellow items are also on sale.
