This is a POLBAN hip seat made of black canvas material with pockets! I received it from an acquaintance who said they never used it, and I only used it once at an amusement park, so it's in beautiful condition. It was very convenient for quickly seating my child on the hip seat in situations where a full baby carrier wasn't necessary! The pockets seem to be able to hold a smartphone, a small wallet, and handkerchiefs/tissues, so it looks like you could go for a walk with just this! There's a mysterious zipper inside the pocket, but I don't know how to use it. It can be used until around 3 years old, depending on the child's weight.
