Used a few times. The mirror is like new with no scratches at all, but there is a slight problem with the angle adjustment. The hair tie is in good condition with no stretching of the elastic. The pouch has been cleaned for sale, but there are still some foundation stains that haven't come off. All three items are not new, but I personally think they are in good used condition.
