I believe this is a brand from either Shop Channel or QVC. It has a relaxed fit with a front slit, making it comfortable. It would also look good paired with pants. It has a lining, so it's not see-through even as a dress. I don't think there are any noticeable flaws, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
