There are five of each. The cup-like vessels seem suitable for simmered dishes, vinegared dishes, delicacies, or even as teacups. This Ko-Imari is very luxurious. It seems to have aged considerably. It says "Arita Japan" on the back of the pottery, indicating it was made for overseas markets, making it a valuable item. It has been stored at my parents' house for a long time.
