Purchased about a year ago and worn approximately twice a week (almost never worn in the summer). Home cleaned, but there are some stains and scratches that couldn't be removed. There are no noticeable stains or scratches overall. ⚠️ There is tearing and a protrusion on the inside of the heels that rubs.
