I purchased it from a used model train shop and have stored it unused in a dark place. Both ends have been converted to TN couplers. There are no included accessories such as instructions or antennas. I have checked the operation of the lights for this listing, but there is flickering, so maintenance by the buyer is required. The characteristic light blue non-slip paint on the roof of the Kiha 183 has been reproduced with masking tape. (It can be easily removed) It will be wrapped in air cushion packaging for shipping.
