My father-in-law worked for Japanese National Railways, so this is a commemorative watch (likely a pocket watch) from when the new E257 series Azusa train was launched. I'm not sure if it works. The rubber strap has deteriorated. However, I'm listing it because I thought someone who collects these might be interested. Please understand that this is a junk item.
