They are the perfect size for Licca-chan and Jenny. They have ankle straps, so they are less likely to come off even on smaller feet than Licca-chan's, but they may not stand well if the doll's feet are angled like Barbie's. Also, depending on the thickness of the ankle, the strap may not be long enough for some dolls (such as ICY dolls and Pure Neemo S...). I don't have other dolls (Momoko, Obitsu, Blythe), so I don't know, but since Licca-chan has a little room when wearing them barefoot, I think most dolls with flat feet can wear them.
