ASICS spikes and training shoes. Both sizes are 21.0cm. Used for about 2 months (1-2 times a week). I think the studs are still in good condition. The shoelaces on the spikes have been replaced with different ones, but I'm including the original ones that weren't used. The training shoes were used once, and then different shoelaces were put on.
