This is a long-sleeved gingham check mini dress from Dazy. It features a mock neck and puff sleeves. I purchased this in the past and wore it a few times. The zipper was difficult to open, so I took it to a local shop in Japan and had the zipper replaced with a Japanese-made one. Original price was 2250 yen. This item is discontinued.
