This is a classical Japanese bamboo flute (shinobue) in the key of two. I've used it a few times, but I've decided to continue using my previous flute. It's a two-key flute made of smoked bamboo (susudake), making it a very rare item. The low notes have a rich, soft tone, while the high notes produce a strong, piercing sound.
