The fabric features fire trucks and ambulances. The Velcro is about 3 cm long. The 2 cm wide elastic band, Can be used from 25 cm when attached snugly. It can be used up to about 42 cm if you pull it strongly, but those who are not strong may want to use it around 35 cm. Please check the size.
