Seihoin Himo Color Scheme: Madder (Akane), Cornflower (Yaguruma?), Alum Dyeing (Myōban Baisen) Is this different from Cornflower (Yagurumagiku)? It's a calm orange color. It says "Seihoin Himo," but it might be a mistake and should be "Seihoin Kumihimo." Recommended as a material for Kumihimo and obi cords, for dyeing and weaving collections, and as reference material for reproduction. This is a part of a large quantity that was passed down to me. I myself am mostly ignorant, so I cannot answer detailed questions about the product. Also, although the name of Domyō is included (or a seal is affixed), I cannot accept claims such as it not being made by Domyō. (I think it was probably only purchased from Domyō.)
