This is a SIVA booster I bought about 5 years ago. I'm selling it to organize my equipment. It works without any problems. It has been used for several years, so it shows signs of use. Velcro is attached, so you can stick it on a board as is, but if you don't need the Velcro, you'll need to remove the adhesive with parts cleaner or something similar. I don't remember how much I paid for it when I bought it, but I checked at Hizumi-ya and they're selling it for around 28,000 yen.
