I purchased this about 10 years ago and used it for a year, after which it was stored at home. It's ready to use immediately if you have a mouthpiece. I have replaced consumables before listing, but I haven't had the slide tubes cleaned, so there is some rust inside the slide tubes. Although I don't see any major scratches or dents, please understand that this is a used item before purchasing. A mouthpiece and maintenance supplies are not included.
