This is a fabric/multi-cover purchased during a trip to India. It features a purple paisley design with fringes. The fabric is not flimsy; it's a slightly thick, soft, and pleasant-to-the-touch material. The colors are reversed on the front and back. I bought it as a souvenir, but I never had a chance to use it and have kept it stored away. I've stored it carefully, so there's no fading at all. As it was made locally, there are some minor loose threads, but it has a wonderful finish that is typical of Indian craftsmanship. The fabric is suitable for draping over sofas or shelves, or even as a lap blanket.
