I used it with care, so there's no noticeable wear and tear. The clicking mechanism has also been overhauled, so the buttons are in good working order. CD players are becoming rare, so I recommend keeping this one. It's also useful as a backup, as it can play CDs, USB drives, and has a LINK function.
