Otaki brand plastic model D51 assembly instructions. The plastic model itself is not included. I believe this is from about 50 years ago. There are many places where notes were made in pencil during assembly. (I have erased the pencil markings with an eraser, but some remain) As you can see in the photos, there are many small stains and dirt marks in many places. I don't think there are any major tears.
