This is a navy blue dress from Style Operation. It can also be worn as a tunic. The waist has elastic and there are pockets on both sides, making it very convenient. It also has a lining, so it's not see-through, which I recommend. I think it's a design that can also be used as maternity wear. Length is about 82cm, width is about 46cm.
