This is a long-sleeved blouse. The fabric color is beige, but I think the color in photo 3 is easier to see. Please check it. It has purple, navy, and white flowers all over. It has one button in the back. There are five approximately 1cm tucks on the front. The design only tucks in the front, so there's no need to tuck it into your waist. Because of this, the back is slightly shorter (photo 1).
